You are then guided into a restful sound healing experience, where soothing vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls and chimes help you enter a meditative state of deep relaxation. Practiced together, yoga and sound healing complement one another beautifully, preparing the body through movement and allowing the mind to fully unwind through sound.
