Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions prior to registration and payment. It is important that you review the Terms and Conditions in its entirety. By registering and submitting payment, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

 

Booking Policy

  • You must be over 18 or older to book a session with us.

  • We do not carry out sessions or classes without an appointment booked.​  ​​

  • You must come alone to your appointment, unless the person(s) attending the session with you is also registered. No children or additional people are allowed.​​

  • Please be sure you are registering for the correct session. A booked appointment cannot be changed to a different type of appointment. Please call us or send an email if you have any questions regarding our offerings to avoid any disappointment.

  • Appointments cannot be transferred from one person to another.

  • If booking a session for someone else, you must inform us and provide the person's details when making the booking​.

  • Please be on time for your appointment as we have a strict late policy. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your ​appointment. Lateness of 10 minutes or more (dependent on the service) can result in the cancellation of your appointment. Rescheduling an appointment at that time would be at our discretion and an additional fee may be charged.

Refund Policy

  • We have a no cash, card or bank transfer refund policy. Any refunds will be processed as a credit for a future scheduled appointment.

  • You cannot cancel your appointment and receive a refund. We can only reschedule your appointment. ​

Membership Policy

  • Memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months. 

  • No refunds will be provided for requesting to cancel the membership prior to the 3-month period.

  • All requests for membership cancellations must be made one month in advance and in writing.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen (i.e. illness, family matters, travel issues etc.), however, to remain consistent with all members.

  • No refunds will be made on any requests made suddenly after the 3-month period and not completed a month in advance.​

Rescheduling Policy

  • Requests to reschedule your session must be made 72 hours in advance. For corporate and private group sessions/events, please refer to the corporate and private group sessions section of our terms and conditions

  • We will not be able to accommodate any requests less than 72 hours.

  • No refunds will be provided for late notice.

Conduct and Behaviour Policy

  • Clients must treat all staff, practitioners, and other clients with respect and courtesy at all times.

  • Any inappropriate, aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Healing With Thai reserves the right to refuse or terminate any session, appointment, or service if behaviour is considered inappropriate or unsafe.

  • Clients attending under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused treatment or asked to leave the premises.

  • Any behaviour that compromises the safety, comfort, or wellbeing of staff or clients may result in refusal of future bookings.

  • Clients are expected to help maintain a calm, peaceful, and supportive environment within the space.

  • No refunds will be issued for appointments terminated due to inappropriate conduct or behaviour.

Corporate and Private Group Sessions

  • Corporate bookings and private group session enquiries must be submitted via email to healingwiththai@gmail.com.

  • Private group sessions refers to sessions booked for a group of participants without public entry. This is not related to our private or group sessions. 

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for our team to respond to your enquiry. Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, or busy periods.

  • All corporate and private group bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until written confirmation has been provided by Healing With Thai.

  • Full payment is required in advance to secure and confirm all corporate and private group bookings. No dates or instructors will be reserved without payment in full.

  • Payments made for corporate or private group sessions are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled.

  • For corporate and private group sessions, all reschedule requests must be done 1 week in advance. Any requests made less than 1 week cannot be fulfilled. Refund will not be provided.

  • Any changes to booking details, attendee numbers, timings, or locations must be requested in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate changes, this cannot be guaranteed.

  • Healing With Thai reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule a booking where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, illness, or instructor availability. In such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered where appropriate.

  • Clients booking on behalf of a company, organisation, or group are responsible for ensuring all attendees behave respectfully and follow any health, safety, and conduct guidance provided.

  • Healing With Thai reserves the right to end a session immediately if inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behaviour occurs.​
