​Level 1 – Reiki Initiation

Format: Two sessions (Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Focus: Introduction to Reiki, learning to channel energy primarily for self-healing and for close friends or family.

Content: History of Reiki, energy principles, hand positions, self-treatment techniques, and basic practice on others.

In Level 1, you will be introduced to the history and principles of Reiki, learning how energy flows through the body and how to channel it for healing. You’ll discover the correct hand positions for self-healing and for working with others, and take part in guided practice sessions with fellow students. Over two sessions, you will also receive attunements to open your energy channels, allowing Reiki to flow more freely through you.
