Sound Baths
Sound baths are immersive experiences where participants listen to calming music, healing vibrations, or nature sounds. It offers a profound journey of relaxation, stress relief, and healing. Due to its accessibility, affordability and simplicity, sound baths are an excellent choice for beginners.

How does it work?
The sessions take place in a quiet room with dim lighting and no distractions, allowing participants to sit or lie down comfortably to receive the healing vibrations. During a sound bath, various techniques may be incorporated, such as guided imagery, deep breathing, and visualisation. Participants may choose to close their eyes or keep them open, depending on their preference. A diverse range of musical instruments, including tuning forks, singing bowls, gongs and drums may be used.

As participants listen to the soothing sounds, they enter a state of relaxation characterised by alpha brain wave activity, promoting deep concentration and creativity. This immersive experience allows individuals to feel grounded, calm and focused.
Sound baths are often done in groups, which helps to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable enough to relax. Some people prefer individual sound baths where they can be in complete control of the session, while others enjoy the community of a group experience.
